I came to real estate from the design side.
Before I was a REALTOR®, I spent more than eight years in residential design, drawing homes and working through the decisions that come before a shovel ever hits the ground. That is not the usual path into this business, and it is the reason I work the way I do.
I also own RendrOne, a 3D architectural visualization studio that works with contractors, builders, architects, and developers around the country. Between the two, I spend most of my week around new construction from one angle or another.

I am a real estate agent who only works on new construction.
That is the whole thing. Not a builder, not a general contractor, not a developer. An agent, for people building instead of buying.

I am not the surveyor, engineer, septic designer, zoning administrator, or general contractor. I am the person who knows how it all sequences and who represents you through the real estate side of it.
Where I work
Southeast Wisconsin.
Waukesha County and Lake Country primarily, plus Walworth, Jefferson, Washington, Racine, and Kenosha counties and the Milwaukee suburbs. If you are building in the region, there is a good chance I know the market.
